Boston, MA –The Massachusetts Coalition for Sustainable Energy (MCSE) congratulated the House and Chair Mark Cusack, Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities, and Energy, for authoring An Act Relative to Energy Affordability, Clean Power, and Economic Competitiveness. This proposal would take critical steps to make energy more affordable, reliable and sustainable.
